Common issue: the Gently button is missing
First refresh the page, make sure the extension is enabled, and try again in a normal text box. If it still does not appear, tell us which site and browser you are using.
Common issue: limits or Pro access look wrong
Tell us the email linked to your subscription, what plan you expected, and what you are seeing now. That helps us verify access much faster.
Browser compatibility
Gently is built for modern Chromium-based browsers and Firefox where supported. If something behaves differently between browsers, tell us exactly where the issue appears.
